My Blog
18/11/2008 3:33:19 PM Well the women's luncheon was a great success, with all attending having a great time. We heard some great life stories from speakers Tammy Hunter and Karen Atkinson and a great opportunity for Indigenous and non-Indigenous women to network. We've got some ideas of how to facilitate this better next year, and are close to setting a date for next year as well!
Our program for 2009 is taking shape and we will be inviting Indigenous lead projects to apply for support from The Long Walk shortly for projects in 2009.
